BC RX-8 Event - TBC Indoor Kart Racing (Saturday, January 24, 2009)
Happy New Year, everyone!
I hope your RX-8's survived through BC's record breaking snowfall!
It's January, and keeping with traditions, we're going to do an indoor GoKarting event! And afterwards, we'll go grab some dinner! Grin
Also, this year we're going to have prizes!
Date: Saturday, January 24, 2009
Time: 5:00pm
Location: TBC Indoor Kart Racing (2100 Viceroy Place, Richmond, BC)

Price: $40 for 3 races
We're not going to reserve the track to ourselves... I'll just phone in and pre-register the people who've signed up. And since this is a weekend afternoon, I'll need to pre-register a few days in advance to make sure we get our desired time.
So, PLEASE REGISTER BY Tuesday, January 20, 2009 @ 2:00pm!!!

It's a bit out of the way for you GTA people but Hamilton has a pretty indoor place.

Summer's usually our more active times. That may be around the time we schedule our drive out to Whistler! Stay tuned. We'll be discussing 2009's events in the upcoming weeks.

Updated the header.... it was sorely needed.
Hey I want to toss in an idea!
Something that is different and a lot more fun is a prize for second place, and a prize for second to last place! No prize for first place (Besides bragging rights).
This makes it interesting for the top racers and the worst racers. Since everyone has a chance at a little something.
Prizes like this, usually make a much more enjoyable atmosphere! and spirit!

If you are talking about the Petitt Supercharger Stage 2 CS, then YES I will take up your offer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am pretty much coming for sure because my cousin is getting married on Aug 1. That is a Saturday, I hope it's not on that day you guys are doing the cruise....
but then again, this is too early now,and it's all speculation!

Missing out dude! it's not like GoKarting alone, you'll be amongst your friends! and you get to show off and improve your driving skills.

Way too much effort to go and do it thanks though
FYI... When people put pressure on me it makes me want to do it less
I just never liked this kind of thing, gokarts, or riding lawn mowers, ATVs, dirtbikes, seadoos, or that kinda crap... Dislike amusement park rides too.... :D
