Come join us for a day in the sun! We're having a barbeque on Sunday, July 29 starting at 11:30am at Burnaby Mountain Park! Bring your family! Bring your friends! We are going to do a pot luck type style. StefYVR, Burnaby_RX8, Gyro_Bot, and I will be bringing all the meat. And the rest of you will bring everything else (salad, dessert, cups, plates, etc). Does that sound fair?

So we'll bring the meat, everyone else bring other stuff. Does that sound good? Once we get closer to the end, I'll delegate who brings what? Unless you have a strong preference to bring one thing over another. (eg. If you make an awesome salad or dessert and want to bring that over anything else, let me know.)

Thanks for the suggestion. A handful of us have gotten together to plan out some of the upcoming meets and events to give the BCRX8 club a little more structure. We have talked about a "drive" for next month's meet around the last week of August. Since Eldon and a few of us have already met to discuss the details for a bbq this month and the fact that we've already confirmed the number of guests, we'll probably keep things that way. Weather permitting of course.

Those of you who haven't been to any meets, please do sign up for the bbq and get to know some of the other local old and new rx-8 folks. I asure you that we are not a group of nerds! well, not all of us.

Hey folks, let's sign up for this bbq asap so we can help the event organizers plan the details as far ahead as possible. Everyone who is an 8 owner is welcome whether you've been to many meets before or just got your car yesterday. Just make sure to private message Eldon(him) with your phone number to confirm that you are coming and so he can tell you what you need to bring.

Does anyone have any FOOD ALLERGIES? I'm personally allergic to veggies =P. But is there anyone with a serious allergy?
