Best wax for a deep shine on black?
Hi all. Anyone have any recommendations on a really good wax to bring out the depth in brilliant black? I saw some pics of a black 8 here and it was incredible. I'm finding that no matter how I wash the 8, I still dont get the lustre I'm looking for (and those damned water spots!! argh!)

After you wash the car, wipe it down with a liquid wax cleaner first. This will remove the haze and make the car super shiny. Then you can apply either a carnauba-based wax like the Meguair's Gold Class, or a synthetic wax like Zaino. Carnauba wax will give you a deeper shine, but it doesn't last as long as the synthetic products.
After you're done waxing, buy a California Duster from Crappy Tire and wipe your car once a day. Your car will look super shiny until the first time it rains.

You should really try posting in the actual subforum... asking these types of questions like in the Show and shine section.
it was made for these types of feedback, and seacch would yield you alot of results too.
Try to keep the Canadian section clean..
