I think I've seen the same dude. Does he have Japanese decals on his windows and quarter panels? btw I live right beside Commerce and play Initial D all the time altho I can't understand what's going on cuz it's all in japanese. Still not sure if i'm upgrading my 8 properly.

 

I don't remember I see him with decals on windows, but definitely he always put his car on the road. Btw, are u chinese?

I've seen this guy too (at 401 & Dixie area) ... he wouldn't even look in my general direction despite pulling up and trying to wave, etc.

If you meet up with him, give him a slap upside the head and tell him to loosen up
