I called mazda canada to see if they sent the form in and they said they would call me back and let me know. They said, bank st. is stupid and I'm probably the only one that got the book form filled out LOL.
Also he said that "Mike" the guy our form says to send it to, is no longer in that department. This could be creating delays.

Wow! Calling mazda canada worked out well!
The guy traced it down right to the guy in the mail room!
He said, it should have been mailed either yesterday or today. He is pretty sure it was sent out yesterday.
This means that I should get it today or monday! I guess I really didn't need to call then... oh well!

Got mine.... sorta
Purolator showed up today, unfortunately I ummmm work so I wasn't home to receive the package. And today I decided to stay at work late so the depot was closed
I guess I'll get it tomorrow though!

So are they going to recall the books and reprint them, or just send out stickers with the new HP figures?
And yes, they should have sent them in boxes. Mine has a nice big ding in the cover.

I called about my book. The lady initially had no idea what I was talking about. I was put on hold. She then asked if I could wait until the right guy got off the phone. I asked her to call me back. She did, a short time later. I was then told my book should go out this week. BTW I told her about some books getting damaged and she said she mentioned that to the powers that be. I hope that means mine will be shipped correctly.
Maybe you guys with damaged books should complain and they'll replace them?
