Calgary--which shop do most people go
just wanna share the experience with other people to see which shop most people go to do their modification; so that its probably gonna be more convenient for us.
I usually do some simple mods myself, but for harder work, i would go to a subaru shop where is very close to speedtech, forgot the address, i will post tomorrow.
it has been there for years, so they have good technologies, especially on subaru but they do mazda too. tuning labour is about 90 dollars per hour. the best thing is that you can go into the shop to watch them working on your car.
hope other people give some advice

Sorry, I don't know of any "good" places for tuning rotaries except for RX-7 Specialties (but I've heard good and bad things about them). My friend knows this rotary tuning guy out near Black Diamond. I can try and get his information if you like.

Ooooo ... bad bad things about RX7 Specialties. When I met with some of the RX7 guys, they didn't have too many kind words. Something about using refurbished parts, etc. Then again, I have heard good things about them from random people (mainly Beyond kids).
Screaming Paintworks does good body work. But I think your more into tuning, right? Tunerworks does good work too (worked on a guy in my neighborhoods S2000)

I've heard some bad things about Screamin'... my bro got his car done there and they were kind of sloppy. I've been dealing with Tunerworks since they first opened and they've been pretty good. I guess the bottom line is... you can't trust any shop because you're bound to get good and bad reviews. The best is to try a shop out for yourself and determine if they're consistently good for you.

the subaru shop that i mentioned above is at 125, 1725-32 Ave N.E.
but i dont expect to do something with my engine by them. just thinking to get my sway bars done by them. cuz rotary is tooooo special...i dont think they can handle rotary but what i can make sure is that their work is perfect for some general stuff..
