Canada Warranty information
Does anybody have a copy of the TSB for Canada for the following 2 bulletins?:
Engine Lack of Power
Engine Cranks/No Starts
I do have the ones listed on finishlineperformance.com, but my dealership contends that these are TSBs for the USA only...!!!
ANy help would be appreciated and if you have the period of these warranties for Canada, that would be great as well.
Thanks.

I don't have copies of the actual bulletins, but I can give you some information that should be useful. This based on a review of documents at the dealer.
1. The USA bulletin number 01-014/08 (Engine lack of power) has a different number in Canada, but the TSB is otherwise identical (from what I could see when reviewing them side by side.) Canadian equivalent is "TSB 01-09-26"
2. The two other documents referenced in the above TSB (4206F and MSP16) have the same reference numbers in Canada and again, from what I saw they were virtually identical.
As for "engine cranks no start", I don't have much information. The only thing I can tell you is that my dealer did give me a page from the relevant TSB. It is the last page - the one that indicates to the dealer to provide a copy of the page to the customer if required. No TSB # is indicated, but it says "date issued 01/07"
Where are you located? If you're in the Ottawa area, there is one particular dealer who seems to be very helpful. If you're elsewhere, let us know and maybe someone can recommend a good dealer to you.

Thanks guys, I have the ones from Mazda North American Operations. The thing that would be helpful is that on both of these TSBs' the limits are 8 years or 100,000 miles, would it be the same for Canada?
Mazda Canada does not want to give me answer, saying that I should contact the dealership directly???
Even when when I stated that it is Mazda Canada that determines the parameters of the TSB notice, not the dealers??
If anyone has the answer to the Canadian equivalent to the 8 years 100,000 miles, I love to have it!!!
Thanks once again.

Tsb
I am more concerned about those two specific two TSBs, released by Mazda North American Operations, why doesn't the equivalent Canadian TSB have the mileage and year limitations on them and why is Mazda Canada reluctant to release this information to us???!!!

I'm 99% sure that the TSBs specifically indicate the 8yr/160k kms. I am 100% sure it is in at least one of them, since I specifically remember seeing it when I was reviewing the TSBs, just not sure it appeared in all of them.
If your dealership is giving you a rough time, try a different dealership (assuming you have more than one within reasonable distance.) TSBs are basic stuff, and if your dealership can't handle that then I would have doubts as to their overall competency.
