So a few of us have talked about an idea of doing another charity event and we've come up with the idea of doing the CN Tower Climb as a GTA RX-8 Club Team.

For those of you who don't know or haven't heard of the CN Tower Climb, it is an annual fundraising event where you climb up 1,776 steps to the top of the CN Tower from the ground. Climbers and teams will get friends/family/companies to sponsor them for the climb and all proceeds go towards United Way Toronto. There are prizes offered by sponsors of the event for top fundraisers which include things like gift cards, all-inclusive meals/getaways etc.

I've already registered the team name and registered myself personally. So hopefully we can get as many members to sign up for this if they're free so we can do the climb together and do some more fundraising!

Are we going to go really early? I'd be down for that... I heard from my friends that the smell in the stairwell gets very rancid if you go late lol.

yeahh i'd be down for going early as well : )...don't want to get stuck just waiting to go up anyways..if i we go late (closer to 9 or 10am for sign in) we probably won't be actually doing the run till much later..so might as well go early in the morning and be one of the first few
