AFAIK Tekksavvy uses bell network.....and When I started using them...about 4 months ago?
they were still not throttling....Oh well...I don't use BT anyways..lol
EDIT: yes....apparently they are throttingall users.....

1. Time of throttling 4:30 pm to 2:00 am;
2. Both retail and residential throttled;
atleast it's only during peak hours......stilll....ARGH!

LoL, qwtre, well im almost done medium, gotta get to hard, orange button, and triple notes, arghhh! Its so hard to train hammerons and pull offs, just tempted to hit the strum at the same time. Another questions, how many pounds need to be applied for the stock wheels using a torque wrench. I'm also looking at gettin a set of jack stands and a jack pump. Can you trust motomaster? What about power built, theres a set with wheel chocks, creeper, jack stands and a jack pump, or should I go with Michellin? Honestly, I just don't wanna worry about the car coming down on top of me. The Powerbuilt set at canadian is 59, the motomaster set is 49, and michellin jack stands 24, jack pump 29. Anybody habe any other recommendations?
