Well
I'm going to stick with Thursday as I'm hoping to have my car back together (assuming I get my BHR Coils back) by then and providing the weather co-operates I'll be itching to go for a drive.
If anyone is interested I have a used set of coils with about 30k on them, you can have'em for free (free as in beer?). I changed them when I installed my nitrous kit, so I don't believe there is anything wrong with'em.

Dude that's even farther. One you don't need jack stands, two just come over to my place (as long as it is nice out otherwise need a garage) and we can do it in my drive way. Closer...but whatever u want, I'm not going to richmond hill if you live at scarb town.

haha...dude what's wrong with noon?? I'm willing to help, but this old man needs his beauty sleep on weekends. Be at my house at noon, or if we can do it in your garage, it will be done by 1. I'm just not fond of getting up at 9 to do an install...noffin personal

I still need to speak with Ray to find out what was wrong with them exactly.
The car would barely start, didn't seem to run correctly. Timing light was indicating that either the coils or the wires were not delivering a steady spark.
I don't want to think that I damaged them during installation. I was extremely careful with the coils and wires and extra mindful to follow the directions.
Anyways, whatever the problem was....
Charles in true BHR manner spent his free time helping me diagnose and troubleshoot the problem.
I sent them back and BHR has picked up all shipping costs including a nice little credit towards my next purchase...... mmmmm turbo

wait, whats the plan here? why's everyone talking about saturday now...whats going down on saturday? i thought it was all happening next thursday.
as far as the coil thing is concerned, hows yours doing now rev?
i installed mine about an hour ago and damn, what a difference. the old ones were all spotted on the back from arcing.
i was actually gonna wait until the weather got better so that if it was a big difference in power i would be able to enjoy it, but thismorning and then at lunch my car cranked a little longer than normal so i figured better do it now.
wow. it sounds different and it pulls hard all the way to the beep now. haha. im really happy. before there was a very pronounced harshness and an almost undetectable (unless you are looking for it) hesitation at around 7k.
now its smooth as glass. starts up faster than i would have ever imagined and responds really well in the low revs (which is the reason i bought the coils in the first place, there was really not alot of throttle response just off idle). Hope yours made this much difference rev.
Edited for the sake of wcs's eyes. is this remotely better? lol

Yes the thread has gotten derailed.
1) See first post. Plan is to meet Thursday at D&B
2) Prospectjtaz and Rev are coming up to my place this Saturday. Sort of an off chute thing (pre meet warm up with some Guitar Hero maybe)
3) Footman is doing some mods at his Uncles Place this Saturday morning and was soliciting help.
4) If u wanna come up to Orangeville this Saturday as a pre Thursday warm up, you are more than welcome.
