ECU reflash "L" in Canada???

ECU reflash "L" in Canada???

I called my dealer today and also fax him the 'Service Bulletin" found on the web and he told me this flash only applies to RX-8 in the states. "Strange".

Did anyone from Montreal area got there flash done with the
"L" flash? If yes. where, so I can take an appointment.
