Engine light - Georgetown, On
Driving home in rush hour traffic on the 401, engine light turned on. Only happened to me twice before, in 2007, and 2010, and both times new engine. Hoping it isn't the same result. Wondering if anyone has a computer scanner in the area.
Neo, you alive buddy? How many times have you driven your 7 in the last few years? 2 times? lol

So I just changed my spark plugs, spark plug wires, and ignition coils, I used NGK spark plugs and spark plug wires and I used OEM coils after I swapped the old ones for the new ones my check engine light came on. Has anyone else had this problem or know what it might be?

Not too much to worry about, it's only functionally at start up for a minute or so to bring the catalytic converter up to temperature faster then it shuts off.
Don't most forced induction guys remove it?

I'm pretty sure I read in the forum rules this is a no no.
Not to mention you're posting in another persons help thread which I believe is bad etiquette.
