There's a new dealer opening up at Erin Mills between 403 and 401, give them a try and let us know.

Service was good I guess. I told them I would wait there (since I had to do some studying anyways and brought my books) but there were several 8's in to do the recall so they insisted that I take a rental and go home. Which was good since I brought my car in at 8 amand didn't get it back until 5pm.
I didn't get the gas, wash and detail but I informed them about it in their survey and the service manager put a note in the system that says next time I come in, they would do all that at no cost.

I wouldn't take a kids wagon there! Parts literally fell off of my 626 after service there. I got it back the second time and stuff was still loose. A co-workers 3 came back scratched all to hell on one side and they refused to do anything about it. It's still in small claims court.
Good Luck with them...
BTW the one on Erin Mills isn't open yet.

I have always had great service experiences at Erin Mills Mazda. I am always getting reminders in the mail for appointments & my car gets washed when I service with them as well they contact me after services to make sure everything went well. I was speaking with one of there service advisors while I was there last & he said they have been rearranging there staff to meet the needs of there customers better. I would suggest anyone to try them again if they have had a negative experience in the past.

ah yea...they're the ones you go to after you finish with the sales guy right? The ones who sell you accessories, warranties, rust proofing, etc...the one I went to have the initials AD.

Funny when I take my cars to service I always leave a note and tell them no gas, no wash and no detail, and write the mileage on the note.
gas = they'll drive it out
wash/detail = they'll use crappy soap and dirty water on the zaino, and could possiblity scratch the paint too.
