August 7 deadline for the $495 registration fee
The Open House Price of $495 for the three days at Mosport has been extended until August 7, 2011. Dinner will be included on Saturday evening. In addition, there will be a lottery for all candidates who've signed up for the three days by August 7, 2011. The lottery will be random and five lucky winners will receive 50% of their entry fee back.
Take advantage of this spectacular offer and get a chance to win 1/2 of your entry fee back, don't wait, spaces are very limited.
To register, contact Serge at ontariotimeattack@gmail.com (Easier than going to the SPDA site)
Instructors will be available all three days. If you wish to have an instructor all day Friday, this will be available at a modest additional fee. (Please note, this may be mandatory if you have limited track experience).

We will have the pass seat in the car for sure on the Sunday. Also there will be 4-5 other race cars there to go for rides in then we will be doing a small demonstration race for the spectators out that day.

There are seven spots left. The price for the three days is going to be held at $495. Friday, Aug. 26 lapping day (three groups, 9 to 5) and the price is $215. Instructor spots (additional $100) - there's one spot available.
This weekend is hosted by SPDA. Sat and Sun are ASN Canadian Time Attack Championships - lapping in the morning, competition in the afternoon. MMS marshals, EMT, flatbed on-site. This is a fully insured event.
The only question you should have is "Why haven't I signed up at that price?".

Hi All,
I'm Joe Trinidad, the president of SPDA and official at the CASC-OR. It would be nice to see a strong contingent of RX7 / RX8 Enthusiast out on the weekend. On Sunday in particular we have TASR on site spinning tunes all day, I'll be on the MIC doing colour commentary and we're a friendly bunch, so come on out and enjoy the Time Attack, Show and Shine Competition and get a chance to take some charity rides in the morning of both days.
You'll see all kinds of cars out on the track strutting their stuff doing their best to set the fastest time of the day. On the grid you'll see an RX8 built and supercharged driven by Gary Wood doing his best to set the track record for his class.
If you want to compete, take a peek at www.nationaltimeattack.ca and register, this is the most cost effective return on your motorsports investment, thanks to Sailun Tire and Mobil 1 for coughing up some cash to buy down the rental fees of Mosport Grand Prix track.
This event is run under CASC-OR and Sanctioned by FIA (ASN Canada FIA)
Looking forward to seeing you all.
(Thanks Al for letting me use your account).

Are any of you planning on coming out this weekend?? I have put the passenger seat and harness back in the passenger side of the race car to take people around the big track on Sunday morning. Can Saf will be there with their world challenge RX8 and Protege too, we also have a couple of Mustangs and a Camaro, all which are full on race cars and compete with me in the regional series!

I run my Nissan in GT1 (at least, I do when it's not broken) but there isn't a chance that I could have caught the supercharged RX8 that broke the GT1 track record by 1.5 seconds. WOW!
There were some fantastic runs and some awesome Mazda's out at the Nationals!
