Amen, brother. Did the same thing yesterday. Temps were hovering around 15C, so not only did I drive it, but I drove it with the windows open. My wife thought I was high when I came home because I was so happy.

So you're right down 17 - I'm in Pembroke. Still some snow on the lawns, but only a few more days of this weather until it's totally gone.
The first night I took it out, the temp was about 3 degrees and a little wet. The notoriously hockey-puck like summer tires almost spun me around in a 180 - I'm used to driving a 4x4 rather than a RWD.

Part of the deal when I got mine in Oct was that they were going to get me winter rims and tires at cost. Well, the dealership dicked around long enough, so I didn't get the wheels until after Christmas. Since my wife is on mat leave, she didn't need to use our truck, so I left the 8 in the garage (I didn't feel like digging out 6 feet of snow and ice blocking my way). Now it still has that new car smell which is a great thing when driving on a sunny spring day....

We get so much snow here that even with winter tires it would be a pain to drive. We don't see pavement in town all winter long, we can drive our snowmachines in town all winter, so I would be spinning the tires all the time. The car is so low that after every snow fall I would be plowing the road,( we get a lot of snow), I still can't see my lawn. There must be a good two feet of snow on it and four feet by the road. I drive my toyota tacoma and my wife drives her honda odyssey in winter.
