Gps ?
There is a Magellan Roadmate 300 for $899 in CanadianTire flyer this week. Also Palm Zire 72 Navigation pack for $599 in CompuSmart flyer.
The Roadmate is GPS only and the Palm multi-purpose. I used the Hertz rental neverlost system, easy to operate. Anyone use the tomtom software? Is it good?

I use the Palm zire 72 with the Tomrom navigator GPS since august. I do not need a GPS i just like gadgets so i ordered it online. It works flawlesly from what i could test. You have ALL of north America on it with 8 cd's that you need to load on the Palm. It's user friendly, fast, very precise and the french girl, Catherine, that speaks the french itineraries has a nice voice :-) You can plan a trip anywhere in no time and directions are precise . It allowed me also to see that when my 8 goes at 100 kph i ,in fact , travel at 100kph. 5 % difference with my new Pzero nero tires that are a touch smaller : 235-40-18 :-)
