Grill

My damn grill from my MSbumper flew off somewhere. Most likely on the hwy with my plate on it.

Now where do I find the same matching grill that is the same as my fog lights??

Also what do I do about that missing plate?????

Finding an MS grill in the junkyard is going to be extremely tough. Not to many RX-8's running around with missing grills.

And yes, you have to file all this paper work out because the plate belongs to the province. You're only paying to keep it on your car so you can put it on the road.
It doesn't belong to you.

I never really saw the point of getting a personalized plate. You're paying the government even more money to be vain??? Makes no sense.
If anything I'll like to make it tough for the cops to remember my plate. Not make it easy.

You might have to visit a dealer or get the part from somewhere that still sells Mazdaspeed stuff.

Ya so now not only do I need New plates I can't get the rear ones off!! The rear bumper has to be taken off to get to the clips under the bumper off so that I can put my new plates on. Dealership will have to deal with this as this is their fault!!

Same with the stupid grille. Now I don't know if to put the new plates (when I get them) back on the grille. Any suggestions???

Footman: Ya and any little creature that wants to crawl in there like a cat or a small dog!!! Not a good thing!!

Wow! Do you believe the dealership cannot find a grille as MSpeed doesn't sell them alone. So I gave them my ebay link.

Does anyone know anywhere else that the grille can be ordered??

BTW they will price match my tires pricing from Tires23!!

There are several shops online that sell grilles, the best bet would be to find a similar one and cut it\have it cut to your needs.
Then you can either glue it on or tap some screws (or both). If you don't trust your grille anymore to hold your plate just build\buy 2 small L shaped brackets and you're done
My grille is fitted and only glued with a tough glue and my number plate is ziptied there lol

Yes and this is why my grille got loose probably. My plate was also attached. I've ordered one online. Lets hope it is comparable to my last one.

I'm just curious as to how the grill flew off without being entirely noticable. I feel like something like that would make quite a noise. lol

That's what I thought. It was loose so maybe that's how or just maybe some ******* stole it with my plate!

Ok so got my grille and just wondering I have to paint it black. What type of paint should I use? Tremclad??? Also how can I secure it since the clips are all destroyed off the MS bumper?? Ideas anyone???

I don't want to use glue as it is way to windy here and the same thing will happen again.

This is where I got it in case for the future anyone needs one. I had a hell of a time finding one.
