bpth.. to install an ms exhaust takes like 30-40 minutes at this point... shorter if you bring a large prybar or something that you can use to leverage the stock exhaust off the mounts. I **** you not I've done like 7exhausts on various 8's. All you need is a jack and acouple of jackstands... can be done on the street. In fact I find it takes longer to do on a hoist because you can't put in as much power into popping the mounts off... well.. in my experience in any case...

Marc are you thinking up picking up the exhaust states side?
So in terms of this road trip, we need to a confirmed date that Jay will receive his rims. Then we need to finalize the date, presumably April 5th or 12th.
How many guys are in for each of those dates? Show of hands please...

That would be sweet if we could do that! AS long as we don't run into problems right
Ya that's what I'm thinking scott. Save my self $300-$400 if I do that after exchange.

So I should have put it in this thread.
I'm going to order coils from finishline...$29us per coil and try to ship them to this tire place. If anyone wants some (pros is in) put your name up, better yet pm me, we can split shipping.

Was just thinking that I may need to roll my fenders. I should check to see if that car shop does that.

However, there is only one spot left for someone to earn 25 buckeroooos by hauling across the border one of my rims (Greg and Marc have first 2 spots)! Tried to get Eric to bite on 3rd spot be he hasn't as yet. How about you Chris?

Either this thread or another, whatever is easier, just need an update on the first post.
I'm pretty darn sure Chris is in since we were talking about it yesterday, and I need him for the install of the exhaust , and Thief I believe he said he was interested, but ppl can speak for themselves. So that would be 6. It will be a cruise part install while we wait for you tires
...I hear ya on the rims!!

UPDATE
When is this happening damn it?? I want to order some **** hehe.
As for ordering coils I found a better cheaper place. Only $25.65/coil and FREE shipping. Pros they also have the Bpillar at $3 cheaper than finishline with again free shipping. I am ordering my ms exhaust from these guy so if we can just order everything together from the same place less confusion.

Bah. all I can say at this point is "we'll see". Some unexpected expenses came my way.. and to add to that apparently I owe some money to the gov.... damn taxes. So... not sure about spending a crap load of money on gas ect to get down there n all that crap.
Then again.. I suppose I could be a cheap *** and just catch a ride down with one of you folks...
