Hot pot WEDNESDAYS, this WEDNESDAY Aug 20
TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED
Where: iCook Buffet hotpot, inside the plaza at Warden/Steeles (T&T Supermarket)
Price: approx $20/person
Time: 7:30pm, Wed Aug 20
See you all there...
For all y'all GWAI LO's out there... what is hotpot?
It's assortment of raw meats and vegetables, that you cook yourself in a boiling pot of broth. After you cook it, you can eat with the sauces, or just savor in the natural juices and flavours of the item.
If you've never tried it before, now it's a good time to try with all your ASIAN friends!!!!

Pass for many reasons. The first and most important being that I'm not going to pay to cook my own food. I bet they expect a tip too!...
Let me know when you're going to a real restaurant.

If you don't want to come, you could just say pass. If you want to be positively constructive to these meetings/activities of rx8 owners, why don't you spearhead an initiative instead by trying to suggest an activity or perhaps organizing one, instead of criticizing solely.

Woah Woah Woah, everyone chill out on the hotpot, (insert Thief's oxymoron comment here).
Footman you must know by now, that Qwtre is the resident forum LBM, Laid Back Muslim,...ah wait he's not Islamic, well you get the picture he's laid back to the extent of a LBM.
So chill put on the hotpot, or I quote, my homeflake from the Regime, "No Soup for You!" - Soup ****

Eric, just because you do not agree with the concept and culture of this type of cuisine and that you've never actually been to a hot pot restaurant before; you don't have to put it down that way.
