How do I remove the cap on my oil?

Well then I would also recommend 'Footmans' suggestion to spray a can of compressed air on it for 15 seconds or so then try it. If you have a Channel-lock wrench then try that at the same time.
I presume that Oakville Mazda were the last hands on it? If so, bring it to their attention.

Can't believe you are still having this problem . Here is a solution that will definately work - it's a little bit rough but if you are careful you wont damage the cap .
Buy a pair of adjustable pliers (big ones - 12" min) see pic
get a thick rag and put it over the cap (this will prevent damage to the cap)

The rest is easy ....

All you need is a rubber band, the foil from a stick of chewing gum, a paper clip, a strike-anywhere match, fishing line, and a blowtorch.

LMAO!!! Going to try with some male muscle now!! BRB...


With about 5 super hard turns(& cursing the dealers for tightening it so tight)...it worked! My oil is now topped up & my baby is all NXT'd up & ready to cruise tomorrow!!
