I got a big problem or maybe not , help !
Every time i pull the dip stick out its covered with white residue from top to bottom , the oil itself is clean so i dont think its a headgasket and the coolant level does not change nor the temp. go up . Is there some kind of a breather somewhere that might b clogged or pcv valve ?

I had this same problem took it to the dealership and the mazda tech said that it was pretty normal and all they did was add a sleeve around the dipstick to keep the white stuff off. Which this happened like 3 years ago roughly and I haven't had any problems but it still shows up once in a while. They said it could be from not letting the engine to full operating temps before shutting it off.

Well he only has one post...give the guy a break. Ya, it's completely normal. Some people get the sleeve to stop this issue but it does absolutely nothing but keep that white stuff away. It won't affect economy, longevity, performance, nada...

good on you for remembering to check the oil at the very least..
Anyways... as most people have pointed it.. it's normal.. it's just condensation from when the engine cools down mixed with the oil and then you get that sludge. No need to worry...

I am new to the rotary family and love in ,thanx a lot guys for the response and not being too hard on a newbe for not researching it , but jsut got a little worried , i have had problems with a head gasket before and that was the first thing that would show on the dipstick .

Luckily your car does not have a head gasket...well, maybe not lucky. You have what is known as an Apex seal. The seal is the weak point of the engine IMO. There is no cylinder head on the Renesis becuase well, there is no cylinders...two compartments. I guess you could call the Apex a compartment gasket....
