London mini-meet?
Anyone around for a mini-meet in early April? Was thinking 2-4th... or do weekends work better for people here. I suggest the bubble tea place next to Kelsey's at Oxford and Wonderland. Decent bubble tea, nice big open parking lot.

Can't believe I missed this. Hey Eug, do you drive a black 8 and throw a thumbs up to a silver one on Oxford St. a few days ago? If you did, it's me. Nice car. I'm all for a mini-meet! Are you familiar with any of the city's car clubs?

Let's meet. If you guys want to check out some other cars too, we can all cruise together to a London Auto Club meet. They have them on Saturdays. When do you expect to get your car back, Canadian 8?

I'll check in here Saturday afternoon, if anyone says they are going I'll show up. The Wednesday meets used to be great I remember they would meet at the top level of a parking garage downtown; seemed to be a different crowd than Saturdays, lol. It was good. I have no idea if they have them on a regular basis anymore.
My screen name on that board is the same as here; however, I don't think I've been on that board in some time.

Can't believe this thread fell off the map; unacceptable! Alright, this Saturday the weather looks great! Let's meet Saturday night 6pm at Richmond St/Fanshawe Park Road at the Sport Chek/former Future Shop now Best Buy plaza; Corner of parking lot closest to the intersection, in front of Libro financial.
It's a London Auto Club meet, so no one has to be shy if only 2 of us show up Last week there were some nice rides out, a 91 Ferrari, 90 Nissan Fairlady (imported RHD) turbo imports, nice S2K etc.
I'm Jake and drive a stock silver 8.

Great idea! Where about's is everyone coming from. I don't mind driving wherever to meet up. How about Oxford/Wonderland, or downtown, east side, whatever. What's close for everyone. The meet is at Richmond/Fanshawe Park Rd.

That was me; I had to leave early. I guess it was my turn to be the only 8 there (for a few minutes, anyways). There was a nice VR with strakes coming down Richmond; they turned east onto Fanshawe, I guess they weren't coming.
