I probably won't be able to make it, too much work backed up.
Question for you all: I had a look at the forecast. After March 10th it seems the daytime temps will be > 10C.. would it make sense to swap back to summers then or just hold out for a bit longer?

@maitre - where are you thinking of meeting up?
@c_ls - if you are getting an insurance break for having winters on then you MUST hold out until the end of March at the earliest - check with them for more details.

I assume thw usual meetup, 10pm at Valleymede Shell (that's hwy7, west from the 404). Hopefully some people are hungry after that ehhh?
re: winter tires, I would probably go not off of the high temps, but off of the averages. i.e. if we're seeing average highs of 10, but average lows of 0, then the overall average is 5 ... not enough for me. I want to see a full week of overall avrage 8 in the forecast, before I switch.

Proof
I'm surprised nobody came out for a free car wash last night! As you can see, it went pretty well. :P
So at this point, maybe we should be working on a seasonal opener meet, or a Spring Cruise or something. Meanwhile, we had better get at least one more decent winter car wash meet in though. I insist.

So I've never actually made it to ANY of the washes you guys have done there before lol what do I need to bring to wash (bucket? soap? chamois?) ? and how much is it roughly?
--- oh if it ends up snowing tmr (which the weather network seems to hint at ...) I may just chill with you guys and eat rather than wash my always-dirty-slowbaru.

Damn, too bad I couldn't make it. Looks like every other Friday is out for me generally, and it seems to be those Fridays that end up being the good ones. Well, if we can meet any earlier, I could more likely hang out for a bit on a work night. Lucky for me I got my "wash" in last week ... :D
Any potential interest in this Friday? Failing that, we'll want to be considering a season-opener ...
