Pete, you live around there. Show up. If you need a ride just say so and I or someone else here will pick you up.

Mic, where I come from, there is only one expression that comes to mind: "Your *** is grass"!

Hey Mic, leave Kart alone, the guy is working hard at school and is going to be your family doctor one of these days or the guy that designs the RX-9. If he can't make it this time because of school, so be it. He;ll catch up with us another time.

Kart: ( Please tell me the reason you can't make it is because your studying for school! If its because of a girl, Mic will never let me hear the end of it and I may just have to let him beat me in a race in the snow as a means of apologizing.

One thing Mic and I don't do is talk a big game. If you were there the last time we met in Mississauga you would have seen me spank an RX7 that previously handed Mic his butt. I had to restore Mic and the 8's reputation. Although Mic and I shoot remarks back and forth for fun, we are freinds and he's a great guy to know. But on the street when we have our 8's out, the freindship stops right there and he quickly becomes my whipping boy! Why? Because I'm MT and he's AT. The difference is rather large.

Mic, the ball is in your court.

Tire and Rim Size Calculator

Here's a link to help you determine what the best tire and rim sizes to suit your needs should you need to change your tires/rims at some point in the future. Especially helpful for snow tires.

You chose what size your current set up is and what you want to go to and it will tell you the new exact dimensions and also show you a diagram of how much smaller or larger the new set up will be.

Hope it helps you.

Unhappy

Tried to get someone to cover my shift Sunday night, so I could hook up with everyone, instead of sleeping; but no luck. Mic, I broke down and bought a set of alloys for the Hankooks. I went for powder coated rims as oppsed to clear coat/polished rims. From previous experience, salt water eventully works under the clear coat from road sand or stones chipping the clear coat and corroding the aluminum, making them look like s**t in a 1-2 years. See attachment for pic of my wheels.

The weather doesn't look the greatest out there this morning. Is anyone still planning to meet? I'll be there if others will be there too. I coming from the far west end of Mississauga so I'll make the commitment and come up if others will commit as well.

Regards,

It looks like I can make it now, coming from Bolton and it doesn't look that bad outside. This will be my first meet and look forward to meeting who ever turns up. Are we meeting inside at first or park outside and wait for others? This is new for me I don't know the routine.

OK then, rain or shine I'll be there also. We usually meet outside in the parking lot and then take it from there. See you then.

Mic, I need to visit some people @ 1:00PM and plan to be out of there before 1:45PM. I'll leave from there direct and might be a few minutes late. So I think its best if I meet you there. If by chance you see a red lightning rod go ripping past you on the highway, don't get scared, its just me trying to be there on time!

Glad to meet everyone at D&B this afternoon. Seemed like Titanium was the most popular colour. One tid-bit of info, I didn't know about my car is that it can do 150 km/hr in third gear... hmmm.... Better slow down...
