I dont know what I will do with my time now! 3 weeks without Josh! Who will ask me a million questions a day and argue with me when I answer them? Oh what to do what to do!

I'm telling you, it's that ultra stiff clutch disc that you have. The last owner just changed the disc, but did not change the clutch pedal to match the forces required to actuate the clutch!

I guess this is the same reason why some FI builds fail. You've got more boost in there, but you don't have the other parts upgraded to match/handle the extra loads. Broken APEX seals... scored rotor housings... broken oil seals (from extra heat in FI applications).
If you change one part, you gotta change a lot of other parts related to make things reliable.

Andrew you dont wanna post that in other threads, dont drag fuel injection into this, way too many guys on the forum FIed, but in my case, maybe its the racing clutch, but, maybe its just shitbox Mazda parts.
