Mosport Lunch Hour Lapping!!!

Mosport Lunch Hour Lapping!!!
A very good friend of ours has hosted this special event for the past 2 seasons.
Take a few laps around Mosport following the Discovery channel Mazdaspeed3!
You have to show up before 11am THIS SUN MAY 13TH! I know it's Mother's Day weekend, but I'm sure you can get away for a lunch hour lapping!
Stop at the registration hut and tell them you're part of the rotary lunch hour session. Bruce should be at the hut. He'll give you the proper wrist brace for the event.
Lets see how many RX-8's will make it out.
I know Darkbrew is a given! What about the rest of you?
The weather is going to be perfect!!
As requested:
Meet at fifth wheel in Bowmanville at 9:30-ish for a good breakfast
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=2475+S...wloc=addr&om=1
I've included the map giving you a rough idea where the registration hut is (in red). There is also signs saying "registration ahead" or something like that. I've made the green dot the entrance point which you will use. There's usually a guy sitting on a chair ready to give you the waver before you enter.

Nope. It's a controlled lapping session. Just to get yourself familiar with the track.
The Mazdaspeed3 will be driven by Al of Scarboro Mazda. So it'll be a rather quick lapping session!

Sorry to ask some obvious questions but:
1. this is free?
2. it is lapping behind a pace car for a full hour?
3. will there be different groups depending on turnout and level of experience? (maybe experience doesn't matter seeing as it's behind the pace car, but I've still seen people unable to keep up with a pace car, so how will that be organised?)
4. any previous lapping experience required?
5. can we have a passenger? (I'd be interested in bringing my gf), now that I think of it I may just let her drive

Ok, here are your answers.
1. Yes, this is free. Remember to register at the registration hut.
2. Yes, it's lapping behind the pace car for the full lunch hour.
3. This all depends on the number of cars showing up. This is all in good fun. We're not out there to prove anything. Just have a few laps at a controlled pace. If the Pace car sees too much of a spread, it will slow down and haul people back in line. The idea is to keep up with the Pacecar. It will be showing the race line so there shouldn't be any reason why you can't keep up. Last season we had at least 20 cars show up. We split the groups evenly.
4. Previous lapping experience is always a plus. You know how much room you need between you and the car in front. You also know the limits of your vehicle. So you know how much to push and when to back off.
5. Yes, you can bring whoever you want. You can let your GF drive on the 2nd stint if there's time. Or you can let her drive completely. It's your choice.

It's during the lunch hour. But there's never a set schedule. Sometimes the race before lunch drags on. Which pushes the lunch hour behind. So it could be 12pm or it could be 12:30pm. Hard to say.
I hope everyone notices the correction. Tried to make it really obvious...

Remember, you have to show up before 11am to register at the hut. Or you won't be able to drive on the track.
I think a few people are meeting up before hand. I would make it down but I live north of the GTA. It's easier for me to cut across and get to the track then head into T.O. to come back up again.
I think Darkbrew suggested Fifth Wheel???

Neo, please copy the map link on my last post and dump the info into your first post.
Edit:
The map from Fifth wheel to Mosport
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=e...,0.475845&z=11
Looks like about 30 minutes so maybe breakfast should start earlier?
