My baby got kicked

Fri night 10pm driving south on Yonge just passed Steeles just outside The Bay @ Centrepoint Mall. That section was quite dark. Saw a dark figure about 50m crossing Yonge St. Figured he would definitely crossed by the time I got there. Then he seemed to be drifting in the my lane not really crossing the street anymore. From top to bottom, his whole figure is dark. Couldn't see his face. Then I realized he was walking south along the street, with his back facing the oncoming traffic. Too late to think, horned and stood on my brake and ABS kicked in. The guy turned around and I just missed him. He stepped aside and started swearing and gave me the middle finger. I started driving off and he kicked my baby (Velocity Red GT). I was mad. Backed the car and was going to ... The wife was with me ... Drove off when he attempted to kicked my baby again. What would you have done?

You did the right thing by driving away .

I know I would've got out and start kicking the living SH$T out of him , but I tend to have a short temper

Any damage to the 8 .... i hope not !

Thx guys. I did a quick visual that night in the garage and did not find anything. I haven't driven my 8 (red) in daytime since. Will have to get it out of the garage during the day to do a more careful check for scratches.

Thx hobbes for the info. Will come in handy one day.

Yeah, I am getting too old for this stuff. I used to have a baseball bat in the trunk when I was much younger. Now I have a wife in the passenger seat that says 'wow, nice" when I do 200km/hr with OUR 8.
