My Cars in PIECES!

..... For good reasons!

Well I took her in today to gut her for the new Interior. I have the GS model of the car (cloth seats) wanted to spruce things up a bit, without making it tacky!

Doing new inserts on the seats the doors and re-doing the head liner / A pillars and rear pillars.

It should be done in 2 weeks, the embroidery takes some time apparently.

Will post pics when im done! Im heading over there in an hour to snap some progess pics.

Kris

I will post pics, the majority of the work will be done this week ( I use the car as a daily driver) so i cant have too much down time on it. The embroidery people (for the monograms) arent in until the 10th of Jan, I cant afford to have the car stay in the shop that long. So i may skip on the Monograms. I will see how it goes.

those suicide doors really make it easy to pull the head liner out though! now is a good time for me to finsih sound deadening the car, im going to deaden the roof and the doors while in the shop.

im heading over to the shop to have the pillars and the head liner installed today, he's pretty quick . Im doing the seats in perforrated alcantera and the doors in alcantera. I gotta choose which fabric today.

He was telling me you wanted to switch over the interior.... I bought an extra set of OEM seat covers, when my lease is up im just going to put the old set back on.

I just remembered i dont have my camera with me.. FACKKK! but i will take some cell phone pics.

I hear yah man, my girls killin me for doing the interior but ahhh well....

By chance are you going to performance world this year? My car will be there with a few other guys as well.

Im thinking about switching out my front bumper to the Autobahn, but i like the MS front. But i do have to go back to get a re-spray, i got alot of rock chips.

The head liner looks real nice, its alot better than the stock grey.... Looks like a more exotic car now with the head liner and pillars in alcantera.

After the car is done with the interior, i will be sending the calipers off for powder coating, I want to do a BBK, but cant justify spending the money for it.
