Hey folks, Al(the guy who organize all the parade lap for us in mosport, ex gm of scarboro mazda)is racing his "toyota" fc rx7 this weekend @ mosport and he needs to record the races. Unfortunately his av equip is not working.

Can someone please loan a gopro for the race on sunday? The mount is all setup and ur gopro will be safe...much appreciated!!

I'd lend him mine, but it's a little far to come and pick it up.

Not that i would do this, of course, but you could just take advantage of Best Buy/Future Shop's return policy to evaluate one for the weekend and then decide on Monday that you aren't happy with it.

 

No one here as the roll bar mount dude... that's a requirement in the league he's driving in.

 

I think Kafka said in his post that they had the mount all ready to go and just needing the camera.

Either way, for mine I just use the Tripod mount adapter (I think it was $10 at Henry's) and then use that on my I/O port camera mount bolted to my roll cage.

But, I have seen the roll cage mount at Best Buy before.

Anyone interested we are racing at the big track at Mosport tomorrow as part of the 32nd annual vintage festival. It is one of the biggest races of the year and there are hundreds of classic european, american cars to see and other than racing there is also a big car show and lots of vendors etc. Entry tomorrow is only $20.00 at the gate.
