Question Need Help With Calculation...?

I WANT TO GIVE IN MY CIVIC $15.000.00 BUY A MAZDA RX-8 GT $36.000
60MONTHS 4.9% INTEREST RATE.WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS WILL I BE MAKING +/-

36k-15k = 21k financed = $395.33 per month for a 60 month loan at 4.9%.

I think a more realistic price on a GT is $42,000, all in. Not to change the subject, but just making you aware.

Yes,thank you ...42.000 is reasonable, thats why i put +/- at the end.

Also, don't forget about the taxes. I'm not sure what the rate is in Quebec, but in Ontario we're at 15% (ouch!) on the difference after trade. So, using your numbers, 36000 - 15000 = 21000 + 3150 (15%) = 24150. Over 60 months at 4.9% would be 454.63. For every $1000 financed it will be $18.83 per month.
