demo cars suck, especailly with a sports car. try find a 05, its cheap, best offer i've seen is $350/mo 2-year lease on a GT 8 without nav

I think it's a decent deal. Do you know if it was a demo car or had a previous owner? Because as we all know, demo cars get pushed hard.
Mind you that you can get a new 2005 model for 7000-9000 more (yes I'm including taxes).

I wouldn't believe that just the manager drove the car; it was a demo, you can be sure of that, and it was likely flogged a few times. It is a good deal, but you can push him/her harder to get more off of the price, if you are willing to accept the risk. The new 06s will be nowhere near the same price; the selection of remaining 05s is small at most dealerships, so stupid-low prices are going to be hard to get, especially if you are picky.
Who cares about the stock weight of the car if you're never going to race it? Leather and xenons alone make the GT look so much more refined. However, if it's just the speed you want, the GS will do you just fine.
