Not as bad as petes....

this sucks....i washed my car last night, and after a quick dry, i noticed some spots on the back bumper....i figured i didnt get some dirt off.....it ends up someone must have backed into me in a parking lot, there are some minor chips in the paint forming a vertical line down the bumper about 5 inches long... a few marks, but enough to get me really ticked. I'm gonna wait till spring then just get the bumper repainted....its no big deal, but just a huge hassle

sounds good, thanks pete. I dont know how they even fix this stuff?? do you think they sand down the area and respray? or do they just sand the entire bumper and respray the whole thing....either way im pretty lucky its just minor paint damage....but with only 8000km on the car....its almost depressing. Just let me know of a few shops, i have a few in mind...but i have to look into it come april...

Sand, filler, and sprays section, but it all depends on the damaged area. He gives free estimates during which you can ask him how he will do it. I have to ask him about my bumper as well (the scar ), but will do it in the Spring. If you see a NSX in the parking lot, that would be his and a clear sign that he's in the shop, which he usually is.
