OBDII in Toronto

Hi

This is my first post here, so bear with me. I was wondering if there is anyone in the GTA who has an OBDII connector that they could hook to my 8. I recently had what seems to be a common problem :

My ABS and TCS (skidding car symbol) came on, and stayed on. They come on normally during ignition and turn off. But when I press the brake for the first time those two lights come on and stay on, even if I'm stationary.

What I have Checked:

1) Fuses (driver side and engine compartment)

2) Jacked up the corner I had last done brake work on and checked the cable connections.

3) I did the whole reset procedure; turning the wheels all the way to the right then all the way to the left.

If anyone has any suggestions or better yet, has an OBDII in the GTA please let me know.
