Cool Wow....

Holy Crap, thats a lot of money!

Without tax that car LISTS for about $40k....

And you aren't getting Nav,......Sunroof?.......sounds like too much, but I don't know Manitoba taxes.

Still, what's forty-seven large when you are sixteen? If Ma & Pa are paying anyway, what is your problem Mr. Mafia?

Actually if that includes spoiler etc. then that is a little under MSRP. Mine came up to a little under $47k (out the door) that was with sunroof no GPS no other toys $500 below MSRP but that was back in September with 15% tax). All I got to say is enjoy but be careful, that is a lot of car for someone who is 16. Oh yeah, get some snows if you plan to drive it before spring.

I basically paid full sticker price.Salesman was quite sure someone else would pick it up if I didn't, so I caved. It was the only red six speed I found available at the time and he was the only salesman that had no problem with letting me test drive it.Anyone in Canada that actually negotiated their price? If so, was it a significant amount?

That's the typical sales pitch for this car. When I DID find another that was willing to honor a $1000 off new purchase coupon, it was like pulling teeth to get my intial deposit back from the first dealer

Yes, I too caved in the beginning, but I do know for a FACT that a few people have paid below MSRP, and I've seen the bill of sales. Soooo, if your persistant enough, there are deals to be had out there :p
