Has anyone in Canada done the RB street flash? If so, what are your impressions...I know a few of the US guys have the RB racing flash with mixed results.

I have the RB flash since January. I does make a noticeable difference on the higher rev band (above 7,800) and the lowered temp for the fans is a great addition if you extend your engine life.
If you had both functionnality, it is a great mod.
