Red RX-8 With Alcatel Plate Holder (Ottawa)
Is this person on the forum?
Saw your car on March Road this week and then again at the Pinecrest Mall today.
Its ok to look over when somebody gives you the thumbs up -- us 350z owners don't have fleas.
Elmer.

I wished I had my camera at the Pinecrest Mall! It was a decent shot with the two cars overlooking the Queensway.
I was actually heading to Chapters but I spotted the 8 and my wife wanted to check it out (I made sure she kept her paws off the windows).
Nice car! I really like the red color on the 8.

Don't get me wrong. The 8 is a nice ride, but for my personal tastes and automotive requirements, the Z is the car for me.
Practicality, back seats, trunk, etc. are handled by our Matrix XRS, so that leaves the door open for a completely impractical fun car -- the Z.
I haven't driven an 8, but our XRS is a high-revving engine that doesn't make any power until 6000+ RPM. It is refreshing to drive the Z, a car with enough torque to spin the tires in many gears with the blip of the throttle. Its less demanding from the driver as a daily driver, but the performance aspect is also there if you need it.
I really like both cars. If I needed any practicality, the 8 would be my choice for sure.
