oh wow.i never knew there were THIS many 8s in GTA....i'm almost seeing one everyday...two days ago i saw one parked outside of princess margaret hospital, and then yesterday there was one at the T&T Supermarket at warden and steeles. I wonder if they're all on this forum xD

How's your kit holding together? I heard your going to start replacing your kit piece by piece?

 

Contemplating replacing a couple of pieces. The kit is holding together well, the only thing is the right side skirt is damaged so I was looking at replacing the skirts. The body shop I used was a joke and did a shitty *** job on some of the pieces (Sides). Not impressed that it's flaking away after only a year...

It's a shop located around Steeles and Airport Road. He did my old car when it got mucked up and did a good job on it. Also he is like a family friend that like befriended all of us buy lying saying **** will cost this much but then the price doubled when it was finished.

Just he didn't do the greatest job on this kit on my 8. I'm going to go back to him and ask him to fix it since it was done really shitty, and is flaking off already. If he doesn't do anything then I don't know what I can do against the shop, so might just have to start replacing the pieces as they start to fail...But might have to suck it up and buy it all soon since the MS body is becoming hard to get now these days...

 

Ya, the side skirts are now down to 2 or 3 left. Just need to buy the front now.

 

Yeah, theres a couple sides left, I gotta check with that shop next week to see if they'll fix it at no charge, if they wanna charge me I'll just purchase new sides. The front is holding up okay for now, but I can see myself replacing that in the future sometime also though...The rear is perfectly fine so there's no need in replacing that.

They do great work..just ask ppl around here who used the service before.

 

I'll keep them in mind if I ever need anything done to the body, hopefully not tho!
