Price and payment instructions/methods please?

And yay Fabi track... it doesn't have that last intimidating corner that all the other configurations have... something about that wall along the front straight that makes me nervous, and I have never even driven around the track, except as a passenger.

skyfire, that wall is nothing to worry about at all man. You'd really have to be doing something wrong to hit that, but im glad that we are going with fabi, nice to try something different every time.

Al, I'll be sending my payment tomorrow (might include tracey's as well)

so are we capping this at the 13 that have already said they will go or what?

well.. 20 would be hard with only 3 days notice... If we have a week ~ week and a half I'm sure that we could get it. Hell.. I've got 3 people who are interested... they just needed to check with their boss' to make sure they could take the half day. If we can get a date in advance it should be a bit easier...

Would love to see a G37 and a GTI rippin' around the track to see how they can cope with the 8's

Problem is the track books up on a daily basis and someone has to commit and give them a 50% non refundable deposit.

yarp yarp... i fully understand... just sayin' it sucks yo. Guess the only other option is that we create a slush fund for the next trackday in advance...

That's not a bad idea Rev!!

Al if you could find us some dates in August we can maybe start seeing if we can fill it, for the pro track.

Well we can always try and book Nelson if we get more people in the next few days providing no one else books it in the mean time. Until they have cash they will not hold a date, especially since the next 12 weeks are the busiest time for them.

Yep, interact payment is quick, easy and cheap, especially for the reciever.

Well, I can probably help with car numbers if you guys don't mind running with some SRTs. It all depends if everyone's more interested in mostly 8s with a few "different" vehicles, present company included, or filling the all the slots so we can book the bigger track. It's your club, so it's your call! As long as I get to run, I don't mind what vehicles I'm running with, as long as the drivers I'm running with have respect for everyone else on the track like was the case last week.

I also agree with some earlier posts, maybe Al can get some available dates for Aug and post'em up and we will try to fill one of them with 20 people, basically sign up for all of them you can attend and the one that fills up with 20 first is the date we pick and we hope it's still available when Al goes to book. (just a thought.)

i sort of like this last idea. But im willing to go with whatever everyone wants i supose. Its just that i dont do any of that online payment stuff, so i have to mail a cheque...i dont want to have to mail 2 of them if it fills up and the price goes up.

Like I said in an early post, picking the date is easy, but I have no way of telling when someone books it until I call to book and they tell me its no longer available.
