Mine's a daily driver. Deep south to downtown daily. Titanium....a little dirty these days due to the road conditions. Haven't seen any other 8's myself lately though.

I live in the far north west (about as far as you can go in Calgary) but I work near chinook center. I'm almost always out at lunch time.

Sundance, Buddman. Spotted a Ti pulling out of the carwash in Midnapore, just as I was pulling in to wash mine. 5:30 pm on Saturday. Didn't get a chance to flag them down, as I would have liked to chat. Was it anyone on this forum?

Parked a dirty RX8 for the night, had a Christmas party at the Big 4, took the truck... I don't like big parking lots, but I am heading out for a nice cruise today to Okotoks. Sun is Shinning,

Haven't seen many 8's lately. Took mine to the mountains for skiing on the weekend. Got back yesterday afternoon, and drove my filthy baby up Deerfoot and over to Crowfoot for a wash and pampering.

If you see an Tit Grey 8 with a ski rack on the roof, it's mine.

I live in the NE by huntington. is so nice to know there are so many cool ppl in Cowtown that drive a RX-8. I really love the car and rotary engine, I use to have a 2nd gen RX-7 for 6 year before getting the RX8. I can poundly say that I never own any pistons engine in my life....haha:>

yup, I really like velocity red in the rx8, I normally don't like red color for other car, but I really like the red and black interior for the 8 and velocity red in the only color that come with red/black interior in Canada.

If that was between 6:30 and 6:45 AM, then it was me. Sorry about that; I'm just not myself before the morning coffee's in the system.

I am pretty sure that if I'm driving [as opposed to stopped at a light or something] I promise I will not see you. I drive with such concentration that I ignore that type of thing. I look and watch for movement and positioning (and avoid gravel trucks), signalling lights, main traffic congestion points and my escape route. Rarely if ever do I afford myself the luxury to let my concentration drift to what I consider frivolous things like looking at someone elses vehicle type.

So if you see a pretty much standard looking silver somewhere and the guy doesn't respond to a wave, don't be offended, please.

Whoa whoa ... let's not get ahead of ourselves. Obviously everybody knows that blue IS the best color ... we are inherently the "WINNING" team.

BTW, I did see my first RX8 in weeks today. I have a feeling that it was a test driver as it was near the Sunridge Mazda area (Silver). The guy was looking a bit hesitant and the passenger (dealer?) was all pointing at stuff in the car.

Talking Velocity Red 6sp GT

Just thought I'd comment since I don't log in here much. I'm one of the few guys on the road with the following package:

-front air dam
-front strakes
-rear side flares
-rear guards
-front and rear rotary accents
-NO rear spoiler
-dark tint on back and rear passenger windows

I work in the NE and live in the SW so you'll see me on MacCleod, Deerfoot, 32nd Ave, 16th Ave, Barlow trail.

:D

Don't worry about BlueFrenzy. You'll find that the blue guys live in a fantasy world. I think its brought on by a deep down realization that they have in fact bought the wrong color of car.....should have been V RED. :D

Well, if you get hit first which is now likely via Karma, please don't post the pics; it'd break our collective hearts.
More Silvers are hit because there are more people with good taste that have bought them thus the huge numbers out there compared to others.

:0

Lesson:
The retina ...

The rods, which far outnumber the cones, respond to wavelengths in the middle portion of the spectrum of light. If you had only rods in your retina, you would see in black and white. The cones in our eyes provide us with our color vision.
You see people who favour black, white or grey have huge Rods! And all others are just coneheads!

Sort of a simple explanation but it works for me :D
