Well...I guess we should have another meet for those who want to use my datalogger (useful to those with the AP) before I go home. But i'll be busy until after sept 12th.
Midpipe + AP = best (and only) mods i've ever done to a car (NA that is) Makes me wonder how much more power (for reasonable costs) the engine can get...I guess maybe flywheel might be the only thing, unless if with an I/E and the upcomming RB header the AP can extract much more power out of it...

it is proving to be a little bit of pain though, I was talking to the shop and they said the bumper is too thin, and 'too' flexible, especially around the side marker area, so there is already some paint cracking/ spiderweb around the side marker area. He wants me to look at it before he continues, but I'm currently in Hong Kong, so I guess it will have to wait.... pita.. otherwise good fitment though
I still think autobahn is the best front bumper. But I think I may just get ms front and call it a day...
Im up for a meet...Im bored out of my mind...
The summer tires arent THAT bad in low temps. I drove on them till mid-november last year, because I was being lazy.

the ss rx8 i always see isnt you. cuz i just saw that car and the driver when he was coming into the underground parking. I was in my car and i waved but he ignored. when i came back just now, i looked close to the car and i found out it looked different than urs. it doesnt have stock body parts and the wheels are different too. He is an Asian. i am kinda wondering who he is cuz that was the guy who cut in my lane last time. BTW, he has been kinda rude cuz he revved the car couple times when he saw me.

Saw Daemos today going north on 36th ST at lunch time. I could tell it was him because i saw the Manitoba plates on the front of his car. When i lived in Saskatchewan they had the same thing but i think they got rid of that there now.

k, this thread has been dead for a long time but i am so excited to post this time.
Just followed a BLACK R3 on crowchild 8:20-8:30 pm, it looked pretty nice from the back. I didnt like the back before but damn, i love that LEDs, it stood out among a lot of cars. I firstly thought it was a GTR R35, when i drove closer, damn, it was a R3!! Anyways, lady driven, BF beside (i am assuming the guy beside was her BF). Hope you join our meet the next time, I like ur car. Its my first time seeing a r3 at night actually. ur the coolest!!

Speaking of R35...I've seen 2 of them in Calgary now. A white one and a red one. Sad to say, but they don't stand out. Each time I see them I go..."What is that? Looks so weird. Oh...It's a R35...looks like a boat"
It doesn't help that the red one was going about 50kmh on Country Hills, it was driven by an older guy though.

I read about that. From what I understand though, there's a blockbox on the R35 so obviously Nissan had some sort of evidence, enough so to void the warranty. In a few R35 reviews, it has been noted that the launch procedure is quite harsh. So if this owner launched frequently and whatnot it's not amazing that the tranny gave out so early and would get his warranty voided.

I have seen many GTR on the street already but I have yet to see the new 8 on the road. I think the new 8 might be a tad rarer than the GTR
Today I saw a white GTR for the first time.... all previous ones were either red or silver.

I've seen a black? R3 on the road, lady driven....
A black? and a blue R3 at the new Mazda dealer up in NW...
What's rare is the 2009 non-R3s...I haven't seen ANY of those on the dealer lots or on the road.
