I've noticed something weird. I've seen more RX8's in the winter than I did when it was summer and nice outside.

4pm today....a titanium grey car sitting waiting to turn into Crowfoot center from Nosehill drvie.....dark colored rims. I think this is the same guy than didn't react the last time I saw him driving.

yesterday was my luck day, I saw 2 Rx8 on the street, a black one in center street close to 22 Ave N, around 3:30pm. is look very nice, and look low. second one is a blue one on 16 Ave NE.

Hey! The blue could have been me! Roughly where on 16th Ave? I was going east on 16th. I'm totally stock so far except for 3rd brake light mod.

this maybe a bit off topic, but this seems to be the most active thread for calgarians.

i was wondering if you guys ever have car meets during the summer? at one point in time i was seriously planning on getting an 8, but in the end went for something else instead. i still love the rx8 and have yet to actually sit in one and hear the engine sing.

i'd love to come down and visit if you guys ever do get together!

Saw a Red 8 southbound on Crowchild at around 4:30pm. Tinted red bleed windows, anyone here? How do you like driving in this?

I spent a couple of hours during the evening rush hour driving to/from the airport, then down to MacKenzie town. Those Toyo tires aren't too bad in snow, but are useless on ice. Thank god for DSC!

I know, I know! Everytime I see an 8 on the road it just drives me nuts.

A buddy of mine is looking into a new car soon, I've been pushing for the RX8, just so maybe he'll let me take it for a spin

A friend of mine was trying to get rid of his 02 s2k for another car, so i ended up buying it off him.

Although its no rotary, im still happy with it

Hey my brother informed me that he either a silver or grey 8 near Village Square Leisure Center (heading towards Sunridge). I thought I had the entire NE to myself. Anybody here?

I live and work in NE. And I always see another red 8 with tined red rear window on 32 Ave by Sunridge mazda

hey BlueFrenzy, I work near by Sunridge mazda dealship, do you know when is the new Shaw's cable building? my work's building are right behind it. I think 2 weeks ago, I saw a blue 8 park in my workplace parking lot in the morning and saw it again at T&T mall at lunch hour, I wonder could that be you?!

I am sure a red and a blue 8's park together will look so nice:>

Saw a TitGrey 8 cruising east on 33rd Ave S, heading to 14th Street, this morning at about 6:40 AM. No rear spoiler.

Lamfc ... I think that's me!!! Is your work near my lawyer's office Low, Glenn & Card? Cuz that's right behind the Shaw Cable building. I was at the lawyer's at from 8-8:30am that one day.

As for the T&T mall ... that's where I work (the dental clinic there). I always park in the C-train parking lot cuz there's less traffic there.

That is so cool~ my work;s office share the same building with your lawyer's office and I always go to the chinese restaurant at
T&T for lunch. Before I got my 8, my friend (he take the Ctrain to downtown to work) always told me there is a blue rx8 park at the T&T parking alot and he always tell me how nice or how the car so stand out from other car in the parking alot.
BTW, I like your winter rim, did you got them at Sunridge mazda and how much? I have those ugly pain back winter rim form Northhill Mazda and I so envy at your winter rim :>

Ha ha .. that's SO me, we should have lunch or dinner sometime at the Chinese restraunt (Forbidden Garden??). I'm the one always parked there. My winter rims I got from NorthHill Mazda and I think they were pretty inexpensive. The brand is "Core Racing". About $200 per rim or so. Actually, I kinda like them better than the stock rims but too bad they're only 17s.
