Good suggestion! I like that idea.

PS. The best Pho noodles I've had is in Toronto ... Calgary sucks for "exotic cuisine"

Toronto Pho is better tasting because it's not watered down...but it's MSG...best pho is from a Vietnamese friend of in Winnipeg =p Where we have too many restaurants (most per capita in the world apparently) so if they're not good they close down pretty quickly XD

Well what's everyone's weekend schedules look like?

I'm leaving to go back Oct 12th, Saturdays are spent with the girlfriend...and I think I'm going to be in lethbridge the 26th and 27th....because this is a night meet though, I think most Saturdays/sundays would be cool.

Then I believe I'm getting my clutch reinforcement kit installed on the 21st (with the help of Phil) =)

PS anyone know where I can just work casual shifts for like a month before I go home ^_^;

Most of the Calgary Pho is pretty gross and overpriced, doesn't help that there's a Pho on every other street here either...

...Actually all of the "exotic cuisine" has the same problem here...

I thought Pho was the common-man's meal? When did it become exotic?

When $10 gets you a large bowl with lots of crappy soup base...with little noddles and meat.

Calgary honestly is the FIRST place I've found I needed to dump tons of hot sauce and hoisin sauce into the bowl to give it flavor!

Most of Calgary's restaurants make me =( (although there are some that are REALLY awesome)

Most of the Asian restaurants suck *** in Cowgary. I don't mind the prices, if they actually tasted decent...

Oh yeah did I mention the service sucks too? Yeah, Asian restaurants aren't exactly known for service, but it's just hellah ridiculous in Cowgary. Slow food, slow servers....slow everything....(Then again I drive a slow car -.-")

...I might just be spoiled by Van though.
