St. Catharines Mazda?
Great dealership.
I was wondering about their service department though... has anyone here dealt with them. Considering that there's no other mazda dealership within 60km... I'm sure someone here has to have worked with them.
Basically I want to know if there department has a good technicians... and if anyone has had their 8 reflashed there. I'm obviously going to go there myself but I was wondering if there;s anyone specifically I should talk to.
BTW, if anyone here is from my area (I'm in St. Catharines)... let me know. It'd be nice to go for a cruise up the Niagara Parkway from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Niagara Falls. Sure its not that long of a trip... put we could get some really great pics.

Their service department is avg in my opinion.
They have Dave who is their "rx7 expert". but i do find it hard to believe since there are only a handful of rx7's around the area that they service.
He would have to look at the manual to answer anything about rx7s.
Their service dept. told me once that the reason I have to pump my brake pedals (FD) twice to get firm is because I removed the airpump.
After that, I just milk them for lifetime oil changes... and thats it.
parts dept are good guys to talk to. Don't know much about rx7s though except whenever I'm there buying parts.
If you have any doubt or questions regarding the work that was done on your car or does not make any sense, talk to the guy who perfomed the work. Don't just take what their service managers says. One of the ladies behind the service counter told my wife that she shouldn't drive her car @4k rpms because it is bad for the engine, but my wife knows better.
so watch it, they might tell you not to drive the 8 past 4K rpm...
