sucky dealer service
been like a year and half.... and they keep on telling me "oh, the floor mat is on backorder"
and i try tell them to fix my AC but they always just said "we will take a look at it" and then they tell me the AC is working fine...
one more thing i receive the letter for winter cold start thing and do the flash... but when i went for my require service i mention that to them, and they said "oh it didn't show up on our computer... so either ur car doesn't need one or already has one"
i get my car like 2003 summer no way i have new flash....
well any body in vancouver area work in a dealer? or know anybody in a dealer?
i need some help... specially with the floor mat it is really annoying

I've got a dandy story about great dealership (St. Catharines Mazda) customer service. So I pull my car out on friday and drive it to the dealership for an oil change appointment. Before I left I mentioned that my battery was dead so please just check it out.
So I get back hours later to pick up my car and get a bill for $91. I was... 'so happy' to say the least. They charged me $41 for a load test and my battery failed. Told me that it'd cost $98.50 to replace and that it is not prorated because I winter stored my car. I was told that all Mazda RX-8s and Miata batteries are not covered in this way because most people winter store their cars and if it's stored... too bad.
I still haven't paid my bill for the visit. They didn't even bother to put any charge in the battery before they tested it. I called another dealership and asked a servce manager about my dilemma and he said that they can't do a load test on a car that was driven for 10 mins so they should've had it charging for a few ours and then test it.
I honestly feel that they were trying to take advantage of me (I'm 21). Tell me I need a new battery (which hasn't died on me yet and starts strong every time), and say that they won't pay half for a new one because it was stored - despite it saying nothing about that in the warranty book. I called Mazda Canada to confirm what they said about the whole no prorated replacement thing... they said they've never heard of that.
What sucks most is that the closest dealership is Burlington... about 40 mins away, and I have no plans on going back there.
Anyone got any suggestion for what I should do.
