Hey this sat may 19th would be a nice day to cruise up to wasaga. If you guys are intrested we should all meet somewhere and cruise to wasaga and the weather is going to be very nice too.

It would really be a 'crawl' instead of a cruise since the traffic is pretty bad on long weekends

Personally I like to take the back roads (10th Sideroad) to avoid the headaches.
We have a cottage on Georgian Bay (10 minutes south of Balm Beach) so I'm quite familiar with the traffic woes of the 400 northbound!

I have a BBQ in Richmond Hill on the 19th but I plan to go up afterwards. Hopefully the weather will be nice

Regardless of the route you take, you're going to encounter traffic!
My car is undriveable with that much traffic. Constantly stop and go. Not good for the car and not good for my nerves!!

I'll drive around locally in my area. Everyone will be heading up to the beach so this leaves alot of the roads down here empty!! woohoo!!

i dont think i would mind the traffic.. i think it would be a nice and fun cruise... if were atleats 3 4 cars... It wont be that bad

Don't get me wrong... you can do this, it won't be a problem. I'm just saying the last 2 times I tried to do this, I ended up furious and the car was not behaving properly.
Way too many people who can't drive!
