Where to test drive RX-8 in G.T.A.?
Hello all,
As I browse through this forum, it seems that our American brethren have no problems test driving these vehicles. Does anyone know of any dealer in the Greater Toronto Area (east) that allows test drives? I'm assuming that because of the buy back, some dealers may now have stock on their lot's. Also, seeing as those who kept the car got $500 back, can I now use that to negotiate $500 off, or perhaps free accessories? Thanks for the feedback.

Difficult to find anyone prepared to let you test drive unless you pretty much put your deposit down first.
At Gyro Mazda, they gave me a test drive once they found me to be a very serious buyer. They were being very careful though.
I rang many GTA dealers before I found one with a car available. That was at the end of August though. There seems to be a few more cars available now though.
It's a pain in the ***, but I would ring all the dealers to find who has a car on the lot first and then go there to talk them into a test drive.
Good luck.
