A closer look?! That thing is freakin slammed! lol

REV-illusions,
If you need to get the spoiler painted, give me a shout. I can get it done relatively cheap.

I picked up a sport grill for the 6 about 2-3 weeks ago. The same part, already patined from the dealer, they wanted $250 before taxes!
I got a red sport grill from a forum member and had it repainted. All said and done for $115. Not too shabby.

yeah, RX8thunder can you post some pics of your car's side profile with the wheels straightened (do not turn the wheel)?

Pics at height on ground, height at mid level, and height standing up (eye level)

thanks dude... maybe when I actually get the MS wing... the OEM was prepaint TiGger so I'm good for now.

I got some BHR coils. Not really a gift. Just coincidental timing.
Nice! How you like them?

I got the OEM for 130 bucks so.. yeah.. at least the back won't look quite so naked now. In a year or two I'll most likely get the MS wing.... and front.... and sides....

Nawh.. I won't be installing it myself. My general guidlines dictate that "thou shall not drill holes into metal". Plus I have a scrap along the bottom of the passenger side of my car... need that to get primed over and then have the rear aero flares installed over top.. might as well have the shop do it all at the same time.
Good price man! Ya not so keen on drilling holes into metal on my car either. Where you getting the work done?

I just picked them up today. I'm not in a rush to install them in this cold. I might just wait until spring.

So by the volume of posts in this thread I assume nobody's particularly busy today?

The money is a start suspension install this spring?!?! U gonna do it yourself right?
yeah, ill be doing it myself for sure. it would look pretty bad if an apprentice at a mazda dealer pays someone else to work on his mazda. lol. i have a feeling all the techs are gonna hang around and help as well. they all seemed really interested as they've never seen an 8 with a blown shock and thus have yet to do shocks on them. im torn on what to get now. originally i was going konis and racing beat springs. then i found that there were no local suppliers for konis so shipping and the exchange rate make them way too expensive. now im torn between bilsteins or mazdaspeed shocks and im still likely gonna do racing beat springs regardless of the exchange rate, but if not those, then likely tanabe gf210 because i can get a decent deal on them.

ya, keep me posted on your install meet

Greg

Yes that 787B... I'm sure in sheer numbers.... we're probably pretty close. I have something like 65 - 70 die-cast cars in 1:18 scale. And I got a 1:18 FD back in... 2001.

You haven't seen my collection, have you? Notice the FD in the background?
