There are a no reviews here yet, but a picture is available:

http://www.performanceplustire.com/p...25_SLASH_45-18

I'm just doing a quick search for a picture, and came across this ad. I wonder how old his/her stock is?

http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ266932631

I have just requested group pricing, as well as details on the age of tires, and cost of installation.

wow..from all season tire to hercules raptis..lol..

Stay away from this tire..why? soft sidewall..wet traction is horrible..cornering is horrible..you might end up oversteer....even the civic community don't want this tire...can't imagine mounting it on our 8..

For me, we should put a runflat tire on our 8 because most of us don't carry a spare tire..I'm surprise nobody mention it..

I've got my tire last year from Tire23. It's Hankook K110 .I've pay $900 everything included...
I know..I know..its not a runflat tire but i'm looking for a spare tire when the weather gets warmer..

Hey guys, just reporting back...got a set of Conti's DW from tires23 for my wife's bmw (215/40/18 & 245/35/18) and RE760 Bridgestones for my 8 in the stock size - all in at $2000. It was actually about the same as tirerack.com, so give our local boys a try (Eddie helped me, nice guy) instead.

So thanks Neo and Leesha and others for the efforts here.

Now to get the plugs/coils/wires/brakes...

Eddie is the one that I got pricing from. I'll be going to him as well when I'm ready.

I would've gone to Eddie again this year, but alas, there was another shop willing to give me the rubber I want at a better price.
I'm getting them installed on the rims next weekend.

I'm scheduled to put the rubber on the rims this Sat. There was no way I was going to install the tires until the temperature gets above the 5C and stays there.

Which looks like it should be in about 2 weekends or so.

i found some falken tires at a resonable price. the 452's he qouted $225 a tire and the 615's he said would be $255 per tire and i asked if i had a couple buddies if we could cut a deal and about $20 off per tire is roughly what hed be able to do. so not too bad....

anybody else got any deals?

I'm getting the new rubber right now.
I'm good to go for the new season.
Can't believe how worn my original tires were.
The RE11's are pimp! :-)

I think both my bro and I would get into trouble if we start to make a calendar with those kind of shots Leesha.
Not that it's impossible, but it'll be very difficult to explain afterwards. lol

I'm going to see about obtaining a "nurse outfit". You've got some places in mind?
I can just imagine Footman trying to fix something under the hood while there's photos going on.

Now, if the weather can warm up so I can switch over to my summers. I've had enough of driving around on those damn winter tires!

PS those tires are amazing so far....low road noise, pretty sticky considering weather and tight around the curves

nothing beats TireRack. Even with shipping and custom. It is worth a shot.
