2005 Special Edition.... "Shinka"

Will sell the RX if someone is interested...
The car is in Nova Scotia and has 58000 Kms
Garaged and no winters... Always 5W20 and
pre-mix for the last 2000 Kms
How could one "not" look after a car like this...
