After being in JDK's (Jim) 7 got the bug for some torque again. I'll see what happens with it, seen two so far, both modified to the hilt. Want something closer to stock so I can modify more to my liking. If it does not sell by fall I'll try again in the spring. I just love the lines on the FD's over the 8's.

Hey rick, what's the OEM ipod adapter like? how much was it and is it hard to install? i'm getting REALLY tired of the static i get from FM transmitters and am definitely looking for a relatively cheap alternative.
sad to see you leave our group of 8s! but at least you're staying in the rotary family haha. Good luck with the sale!!

Well, here a new hitch on Sunday I went down to Richmond Hill to look at a RHD FD, while I was parked one of the guys neighbours backed out of his driveway and hit the passenger's side front bumper and put a little tear in it, the guy said he'd pay me cash to get it fix (Believe It when the cash is in my hand). Anyway I got a couple of quotes to do a proper job is around a grand. So if it in the body-shop I'll probably get the the side flares and some other touch-ups done at my expense. So NO! again.
Add a pic later
Side Note
I know my price is high, but I had a low ball offer of $11,000, I believe 16 to 16,500 is more realistic that why I hi-balled in the first place.

Sucks to see you get rid of this Rick!
I have the same thoughts every year when I pull it out of storage, but when I look through and try to find the "perfect" FD I realize that 1) it will be hard as **** to find a stock one in good shape and 2) if I do find it I will pay out the *** for it. Ends up being cheaper to continue and modify the 8 and add a turbo or s/c.
GLWS, I can always see the appeal of the FD... hopefully one day I will have one too.

With the second goofy offer of $11,500 I'm thinking of keeping it as a year rounder and the FD as my new project car, so I maybe staying on the GTA Roll Call after all. And sell the Vibe instead, to many cars so many decision. I think I found a FD, so next is to take it to Nigel's for a going over. So there NO PART OUT, NO SALE, and and FD to boot maybe.

Thanks, anything I should be aware of, it's a 1993 RX-7 efini in pretty good condition and not overly modified imported from Japan two years ago, badging and vins says it's authentic RHD efini.
Still have not drove the car the guy selling has no insurance on it, but I've had it out for a run with him driving and everything looks and sounds good. Body needs paint and a little work but no rust anywhere I can see.
